The Navarra University Foundation UNINAVARRA has an institutional welfare model that impacts the entire academic community through its different areas that make it up, evidencing the commitment to diversity, inclusion and equity, meeting the needs of the entire academic-administrative population in search of human development and improving the quality of life and requirements resulting from the academic dynamics.

To this end, the Institution has policies, processes, welfare services, dissemination and evaluation mechanisms and results of each of the activities, as well as the physical infrastructure available to strengthen the academic and administrative life, consistent with the guidelines of the Ministry of National Education, with a qualified, interdisciplinary team with specific knowledge in each of the areas.

The University Welfare processes strategically have components of "Equity, Diversity and Inclusion" called the EDI Wagon working transversally with each of the areas that make up the welfare model.
