PHYSICAL LEARNING ENVIRONMENT RESERVE

This form is the official document for the requirement of physical space, which may be filled out by teachers and administrative staff for the allocation of space in classrooms and infrastructure in general, at the headquarters (main and park).

For internal events, the request must be made 3 working days in advance of internal events.

For external events, the request must be made 15 working days in advance and additional supporting documents (invitation, letter, mail) must be sent to direccionadministrativa@uninavarra.edu.co.

In case of filling out the form for the assignment of spaces on the same day or during the stipulated times, these will be considered rejected.

Any request made by any means other than this one will not be processed.
