In the Business Administration program we are looking for people who:
- Want to take the risk of entrepreneurship by exploring their creative and innovative capacity.
- Want to acquire knowledge and skills that will allow them to enter the business world.
- Want to learn about technologies and trends in a changing and globalized world.
- Be concerned about learning how to incorporate social, environmental and economic aspects in order to make sound decisions.

Admission to UNINAVARRA is free and voluntary by enrollment processes of applicants according to their vocation. Admission to UNINAVARRA is based on three profiles:
- Personal profile where personality traits of the applicants are evaluated to verify affinity with the entrance profile of each program.
- Intellectual profile where the degree of knowledge is evaluated and based on the State Aptitude and Knowledge Tests of the Colombian Institute for the Promotion of Higher Education ICFES, minimum admission scores will be established for each program.
- Attitudinal profile determined in interview processes in which the Program Director will determine the affinity between the student and the formative requirements of the program.

The UNINAVARRA Business Administrator has the ability to address administrative challenges by planning, organizing, controlling and directing projects and activities, aligning with the mission of various organizations, whether public or private. He/she has the necessary skills to lead the change that organizations need in a global environment.

LUIS MIGUEL PÉREZ GÓMEZ
BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Business Administrator, Master in Integral Project Management with extensive experience in territorial public management entities, as well as public and private higher education institutions. He has knowledge in the area of project management (in its formulation, execution and evaluation stages). He has developed activities for the academic-technical management of the culture of entrepreneurship and research in universities in Huila (Col), being recognized as a JUNIOR ENTREPRENEUR and receiving the BEST PROFESSOR MERIT PROGRAM OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION.
CARLOS FRANCISCO COVALEDA POLO
Bachelor in Philosophy, Political and Economic Thought, Specialist in Pedagogy for Higher Education, Master in Intercultural Education. He has teaching experience in secondary and higher education; with experience in academic and formative research, developing projects in the area of Social and Human Sciences, especially in the lines of Philosophy of Education and Political Philosophy.
JUAN PABLO MOSQUERA BAHAMÓN
Economist, Master in Political Science with emphasis in Peace and Integration, with double degree awarded in Colombia and the European Union (Italy). She also holds a Master's degree in Health Social Sciences. His trajectory is distinguished by a wide experience in the public and private sectors, especially in the financial and budgetary areas. He has also worked as a teacher in disciplines related to Economics, Administrative, Accounting, Legal and Engineering Sciences.
MARISOL MORENO HERNÁNDEZ
Business Administrator, Technological Specialization in Pedagogical Processes of Vocational Training, Technological Specialization in Cost Accounting, Master in University Teaching; with more than 10 years of teaching experience in higher education, being recognized by the performance, performance and excellent results in the teaching evaluation.
MATILDE MOSQUERA GUTIÉRREZ
Business Administrator, Specialist in Financial Administration and Master in Marketing; with several years of teaching experience in higher education and leading large companies in the sector.
NATALIA TORRES FORERO
Master in Financial and Tax Management, Financial Administrator, Technologist in Financial Management with extensive knowledge and experience in the administrative and financial area, planning, execution of research methodologies, virtualization platforms and academic information systems.
CONSTANZA PAOLA TAMAYO QUIMBAYA
Master in Integral Project Management, Business Administrator; with extensive knowledge in the area of project management in the public, private and international cooperation sectors. She has skills in the management of the general adjusted methodology, logical framework, and research.
