VISION
The Observatory -UNINAVARRA- of the Orange Economy, by 2030, will be a national reference in the generation of information and knowledge on the Orange Economy, in the lines of Arts and Heritage, Cultural Industries and Functional Creations, New Media and Content Software; from the articulation of science, technology and innovation, contributing to social, economic, environmental, cultural, artistic and human development of those living in the departments of Huila, Tolima, Caqueta and Putumayo.
