The Law program of the University Foundation Navarra -UNINAVARRA, trains integral professionals, with emphasis in private law and in the handling of orality as differentiating elements; which does not imply that the future lawyer of the institution neglects the other areas of law, because the program is designed to provide the necessary and sufficient training in the area of the discipline that allows the graduate to perform successfully in the fields of action that allows the legal sciences and as support and relationship with other areas of knowledge.

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

The UNINAVARRA lawyer may work in the independent practice of law, as an advisor or consultant in legal matters, in private enterprise, in the public sector, in diplomacy, in academia, as an official of the judicial branch, according to the skills and competencies developed within their academic training.

WHY STUDY LAW AT UNINAVARRA?

  1. We train with a constructivist approach, where the student is the protagonist of his or her disciplinary training.
  2. We strive to train lawyers with an emphasis on private law, orality and legal and socio-legal research.
  3. We have a teaching staff recognized for their academic training and professional experience.
  4. We have a courtroom equipped with all the technological elements to conduct real or simulated hearings, where students develop the skills to face oral trials.
  5. We carry out research training activities with research groups and seedlings and social projection activities where we seek the solution of social problems, with spaces such as the UNINAVARRA Legal Clinic and social projection activities.
  6. We have made an appeal to training in coordination with other areas of knowledge, with activities such as: the creation of Specialized Citizen Oversight Bodies, the holding of Mock Hearings on issues of medical liability, among others.
