As part of our digital transformation process, the University Foundation of Navarra - UNINAVARRA has implemented a new technological solution that allows us to make available to our graduates electronic documents with full legal validitythanks to the integration of the services offered by EVOLUSIGN.
What do we offer you?
- Electronic legal documents: Electronically generated diplomas and degree certificates, with certified digital signature and chronological stamp, which guarantee their authenticity and legal validity.
- Validation by encrypted code and QR code: Each document has a QR codewhich can be verified from any mobile device to ensure its legitimacy against third parties.
- Documentary repository: Access your legal documents from anywhere and at any time, through a secure digital repository, available 24/7 with internet connection.

Through the Web page of Electronic Titles Portal accessIf you wish to secure your account or if you cannot log in with the credentials used, you can request a Token from the "Get new Token" button.
Why does this service make a difference?
These Electronic Degree Packages (Diploma and Degree Certificate) have a QR code with certified digital signature, which will allow the validation of content and authenticity.
This space has been created to facilitate your processes, provide greater security and efficient access to institutional documentation.
At the same time, this same portal, through a QR code, allows the verification of the academic degree that you receive today, so that any interested third party can verify that these documents (diploma and degree certificate) provided or shared by you are true and authentic.
We consider that this tool, which allows access to and automatic generation of digital certificates of diploma and degree certificates, facilitates the verification of information in real time, favoring the employability processes of our graduates, as well as the continuation of their studies both in the country and abroad.
In order for you to access this service and, with the purpose of strictly complying with the General Regime of Personal Data Protection established in Colombia, as well as with UNINAVARRA's Information Treatment Policy, we inform you that, with the digital certificate request, you must previously, voluntarily and expressly authorize the subsequent verification of the same by any interested third party, through the respective QR code.
