Program Presentation
In this Formative Diagnostic Evaluation Course (hereinafter ECDF Courses) offered by the Navarra University Foundation- UNINAVARRA, aims to favorably impact training scenarios and qualification of educators of the official sector of the Department of Huila in the educational levels of preschool, elementary and middle school, through actions of pedagogical reflection, curriculum management and leadership for innovation. According to the guidelines of the latest call of the Ministry of National Education, stipulated in Contract 1400 of 2016 (MEN - ICETEX) Call to educators for ECDF Courses (third cohort August 2022), "ECDF training courses have a modular structure, which will be the support for the definition of the proposal for strengthening learning and promoting socioemotional development, i.e. the four emphasis modules will give conceptual and practical elements that serve as input for participants to develop their proposals for strengthening learning and promoting socioemotional development of students".

Target
To offer an updated, pertinent and constructive training space, in which educators can transform their knowledge and pedagogical practices in light of the various trends and educational alternatives of contemporary educational discourse.

Methodology
-To manage spaces for dialogue of knowledge, reflection and collegial collaborative construction, which allow educators to enrich their discourse and pedagogical practices.
-Promote the use of software applications and tools in the academic exercise, which allow the educator to test their digital and informational skills and continuously improve them.
- To offer a relevant and contextualized accompaniment, which allows the educator to be transformed in his pedagogical knowledge and encouraged to link actions of continuous improvement in his role with a view to the institutional educational impact.
-To generate actions of theoretical and contextual contrast of the teaching practices, in order to refine an argued and sustained view based on the conceptual background.
