The UNINAVARRA Chair is the academic space designed for the development of entrepreneurial skills of Navarrista students, as part of the development of the institutional philosophy and their comprehensive training. An academic and training process that favors theoretical and practical learning through the philosophy of learning-by-doing and active pedagogies.
During the development of the UNINAVARRA Chair, students will have the opportunity to develop their entrepreneurial potential and thus dare to build entrepreneurial proposals designed from the concepts of innovation and sustainability.

Un espacio para conocer las principales tendencias y las oportunidades para emprender en la Región, en esta versión el congreso se desarrollará en el Centro de Convenciones José Eustasio Rivera – Salón Águila Andina el viernes 18 de marzo, desde la 8 a.m. a 12 del medio día, y de 2:p.m a 4:00 p.m a través de las siguientes ponencias:

Bootcamps
The scenario for the practical development of entrepreneurial skills, a process for dreaming, creating and building innovative, sustainable and world-changing business proposals.
The bootcamps will have a series of tutorials and guides that will allow students, who will be previously linked to teams of five participants organized randomly, to advance the process of building their entrepreneurial proposals through the development of the following contents:
Ideation Bootcamp (19 marzo al 01 de abril) – Reto #1 Robótica
Validation Bootcamp (02 abril al 21 de abril ) Reto #2 Robótica
Webinar on storytelling techniques and elevator pitch construction (22 de abril)
(23 abril al 06 de mayo) – Reto #3 Robótica y construcción del video pitch
During the development of each of the Bootcamps, the participating student teams will be able to have a mentoring session with the team of mentors linked to the Chair.
Parallel to the development of each of the bootcamps, the students will face a series of "Bootcamps".Robotics Challenges” enfocados a profundizar en los conocimientos adquiridos en la ponencia y taller del Congreso UNINAVARRA Emprende 2022-1, y en el desarrollo de la competencia de motivación al logro como parte del ejercicio del desarrollo emprendedor.
At the end of each of the Bootcamps, the participating teams will then be given a simple programming and robotics challenge with a maximum execution time limit whose level of complexity will gradually increase as the Bootcamps progress; the first five teams to correctly solve the challenge will receive an extra score to face the Lion Cage Reality Show as the last phase of the Chair.
After the storytelling webinar, the participating teams must build a video pitch to sell their business idea and be able to participate in the 3rd phase of the chair, this video must be accompanied by the robotic programming of their brand or name in the platform defined for this purpose, for this exercise all the groups must meet the challenge and those with more elaboration will be the beneficiaries of the extra score.

La totalidad de video pitchs deben ser entregados el sábado 07 de mayo antes del mediodía y serán cargados a una plataforma para la consulta de la totalidad de la Comunidad Navarrista, así como evaluados por un comité técnico que valorará los conceptos de Innovación, Viabilidad Comercial, Viabilidad Técnica, Proyección, Sostenibilidad e Industria 4.0 de las propuestas de negocio.
The Navarrese Community will be able to vote for their favorite proposals and the results of this vote will provide the 30% of the evaluation process that added to the concept of the technical committee will identify the 5 finalist ventures of the Lion Cage UNINAVARRA Reality Show.
El día 21 de mayo a las 10 a.m. con la totalidad de estudiantes participantes se darán a conocer los 5 finalistas, quienes en ese momento deberán sustentar en la gran final del Reality sus propuestas empresariales ante un jurado de expertos, la evaluación del jurado, las votaciones de la comunidad y los puntos extra obtenidos por los “Retos de Robótica”, definirán los ganadores de esta quinta versión del Lion Cage UNINAVARRA Reality Show.
