UNINAVARRA welcomed the new students of Premedical 2026-1

The induction day was held on March 16 at the institution's campus, with the accompaniment of directors and teachers, who introduced the students to the services, regulations and academic tools that will be part of their education.

This is how the first day of the pre-medical course went

The Navarra University Foundation - UNINAVARRA held this March 16 the induction day for students who started the Pre-medical course corresponding to the academic period 2026-1. The meeting was held from 7 AM, where directors, teachers and administrative staff welcomed the new members of the academic community.

During the induction, the Academic Vice Rector addressed the new students, highlighting the importance of this first step on the road to medical training, emphasizing the institutional commitment to quality education. The event was also attended by the dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences and Basic Sciences, Dr. Ninis Beatriz Yance; the director of the Medicine program, Dr. María Camila Medina Quintero, among other academic directors.

Thirteen young people from different municipalities in the southern part of the country participated in the induction program. The students learned about institutional operations, academic regulations, university welfare policies, technological tools and the bibliographic resources available to support their educational process.

They also participated in integration activities, a tour of the university facilities and a recreational activity organized by University Welfare, which closed this day of welcome for those who begin their academic process in the UNINAVARRA Pre-medical School.
