• AcademicI have consolidated it in different educational projects, which have given rise to important academic programs for the strengthening of Higher Education, these have been envisioned with relevance through the needs of a region and consolidated from the creation of an Institute of Education for Work and Human Development, to the founding of an Institution of Higher Education approved by the Ministry of National Education in 2011, NAVARRA UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION - UNINAVARRAI am currently accompanying it as PRESIDENT and RECTOR, positions that I accepted with responsibility, since its foundation. During its term I have accompanied with leadership the approval of eight undergraduate programs and three postgraduate programs in different areas of knowledge. (www.uninavarra.edu.co)

• TeachingI lead the structuring of the new didactic strategy of the UNINAVARRA CHAEDRA and the Center for Entrepreneurship and Sustainability of UNINAVARRA, institutional components of the academic programs of UNINAVARRA, which will support the development and business sustainability, not only of the Southern Colombian Region, but of the whole country, since it will be a great contribution to the national entrepreneurship. At the same time, I have devised and launched three of its flagship programs from the IES: "FATHER PLAN", "TEACHERS of PEACE". and the "UNINAVARRA's Institutional Innovation Model (MIIU)"..

• SocialI have participated in the structuring and development of all the programs led by the group of HUMANIZATION G. MOSCATI with its four axes of intervention.

• EntrepreneurshipI am proud to highlight the creation and start-up of the Children's Dentistry Center, the Sandra Navarro Orthodontics Clinic, Dental Brillo, MySpa, the Navarra Study Center and the Language Center: "Navarra Languages School".The latter in the framework of Navarra Science & Business.

• Researchall led from the UNINAVARRA- CINA RESEARCH CENTER (original title: Master's thesis - MGO "Knowledge Generation Center of the South Colombian Region".) and its flagship program: Pequeños Grandes Investigadores".

It has been strengthened since my undergraduate studies as a dentist and consolidated by my postgraduate studies: Specialization in Pediatric Dentistry (UFRJ Brazil), Master in Health "Orthodontics Concentration" at the UFRJ (scholarship from the cnpq-Brazilian government) and Master in Management of Organizations - MGO with the Universities of Quebec UQAC - EAN. I am currently advancing my studies of Doctorate in Education, with the Universidad de la Sabana (second year), for which I have assigned as a thesis project: The Simulation Clinic as an interdisciplinary learning environment.
Additionally, I am an organized, responsible, self-disciplined, dynamic, proactive, creative, spiritual person, with innovative initiative and leadership from the experience of Management and Clinical Management, including the care area, project management, institutional planning, control and monitoring of action plans, promotion and prevention programs, in addition to my expertise for collaborative work and good management of interpersonal relationships.
