To assume self-evaluation as a function of UNINAVARRA's daily activities, as a critical and self-critical process that allows adjusting the institutional guidelines as a basic strategy for self-regulation and thus guarantee to the community that it responds to the demands of quality, expressed in excellence, which makes it relevant, effective and efficient in its own functions: Teaching, Research, Social Projection and Extension and Internationalization.
UNINAVARRA understands self-regulation as the space for continuous and permanent reflection that tends to adjust actions and decisions aimed at responding to or addressing deviations that affect the daily activities of individuals with respect to the processes, which brings with it the concept of continuous improvement.
Continuous improvement is the instrument that records the immediate activities and actions that are being carried out imminently to address deviations in the processes, which responds to the needs identified from self-regulation.
UNINAVARRA conceives the Improvement Plan as the instrument that consigns the projects and procedures that must be reestablished to consolidate the actions oriented to strengths and address the weaknesses identified in the self-evaluation process, planned to be advanced in the short, medium and long term, which is structured from the processes and is constituted as an institutional and academic program commitment, which must be articulated with the institutional and program development plans.
