The UNINAVARRA Chair is the academic space designed for the development of entrepreneurial skills of Navarrista students, as part of the development of the institutional philosophy and their comprehensive training. An academic and training process that favors theoretical and practical learning through the philosophy of learning-by-doing and active pedagogies.
During the development of the UNINAVARRA Chair, students will have the opportunity to develop their entrepreneurial potential and thus dare to build entrepreneurial proposals designed from the concepts of innovation and sustainability.

Un espacio para conocer las principales tendencias y las oportunidades para emprender en la Región, en esta versión el congreso se desarrollará el viernes 21 de agosto de 2026, desde las 8:00 a.m. a 12 del mediodía, y de 2:00 p.m. a 5:00 p.m. a través de las siguientes ponencias:

The scenario for the practical development of entrepreneurial skills, a process for dreaming, creating and building innovative, sustainable and world-changing business proposals.
The BootCamps will have a series of tutorials and guides that will allow students, who will be previously linked to randomly organized teams of five participants, to advance the process of building their entrepreneurial proposals through the development of the following contents:
Ideation BootCamp (Root Cause Analysis) (Del 7 de septiembre al 25 de septiembre de 2026)
Validation BootCamp (Opportunity Analysis Matrix) (Del 7 de septiembre al 25 de septiembre de 2026)
Webinar on storytelling techniques and elevator pitch construction (Del 28 de septiembre al 02 de octubre de 2026)
Construction of the video pitch Del 5 de octubre al 23 de octubre de 2026
During the development of each of the Bootcamps, the participating student teams will be able to have a mentoring session with the team of mentors linked to the Chair.
Parallel to the development of each of the bootcamps, students will deepen the development of the achievement motivation competency as part of the entrepreneurial development exercise.
After the storytelling webinar, the participating teams must build a video pitch to sell their business idea and be able to participate in the 3rd phase of the chair, this video must be accompanied by the logo of their brand or name on the platform defined for this purpose.

The challenge for the best Navarrese entrepreneurs, a decisive moment to sell their business dreams and start the path to make them come true.
All video pitches must be delivered to el sábado 23 de octubre de 2026 before noon and will be uploaded to a platform for consultation by the entire Navarre Community, as well as evaluated by a technical committee that will assess the concepts of Innovation, Commercial Feasibility, Technical Feasibility, Projection and Sustainability of the business proposals.
La Comunidad Navarrista podrá votar por sus propuestas preferidas y los resultados de esta votación aportarán el 30% del proceso de evaluación que, sumado al concepto del comité técnico, identificarán a los 5 emprendimientos finalistas del LION HUB EVENT – Disruptive Minds.
Saturday, 07 de noviembre de 2026 a las 10:00 a.m., con la totalidad de estudiantes participantes, se darán a conocer los 5 finalistas, quienes en ese momento deberán sustentar en la gran final del Reality sus propuestas empresariales ante un JURY OF EXPERT INVESTORS. La evaluación del jurado y las votaciones de la comunidad definirán los ganadores de esta décima cuarta versión del Lion Hub Event.
