Program Presentation
The Diploma in Oral Litigation in order to strengthen their knowledge of the oral criminal procedure system and more specifically the development of the oral trial hearing, contributing to the knowledge, discussion and strengthening of the different techniques that facilitate the preparation of the lawyer towards an efficient and effective intervention in the criminal trial, should delve into technical knowledge that allows them to develop competencies, skills and abilities to successfully face the new ways of administering justice.

Target
The main objective of this diploma course is to provide professionals and law students (who have taken and passed the Criminal Procedure course or its equivalent in their study plans) with skills in oral litigation, creating spaces for knowledge, reflection, criticism and practice in the techniques of pleading and examination of witnesses.

Methodology
This Diploma is directed through direct means of communication (webinars tutorials) and indirect (forums and direct messaging). Communication between students and teachers is direct, clear, continuous and fluid. Live interactive classes (remote) / Face-to-face (with limited spaces).
