The Diploma in Oral Litigation in order to strengthen their knowledge of the oral criminal procedure system and more specifically the development of the oral trial hearing, contributing to the knowledge, discussion and strengthening of the different techniques that facilitate the preparation of the lawyer towards an efficient and effective intervention in the criminal trial, should delve into technical knowledge that allows them to develop competencies, skills and abilities to successfully face the new ways of administering justice.
