We invite you to improve physical, mental and emotional health through creative activities, in which people can express and release their emotions through different materials, techniques and procedures and reduce their anxiety and stress levels, strengthen interpersonal relationships, self-esteem, the learning process, adapt to university life, develop self-confidence, creativity and communication skills, through the development of four modules:
- Pinturoterapia: permite gestionar las emociones y el autoconocimiento.
- Musicoterapia: ayuda a promover el desarrollo de funciones cognitivas, emocionales y físicas.
- Danzaterapia: fortalece el desarrollo de una autoimagen positiva; permitiendo mejorar la autoestima y la seguridad personal.
