      Faced with a concept FavorableThe committee may make recommendations to the project, These recommendations must be taken into account and a document must be submitted to the CIINA illustrating the incorporation of these recommendations into the project, which must be signed by the student leader and his advisor.       If this procedure is not carried out on time (before the completion date), the project will lose its validity and will be cancelled. Consequently, students must complete and submit a new degree project within the timeframe established by CIINA.

    • CIINA evaluates the final report of the degree project in the corresponding format.

      If Favorable the evaluation, the student will proceed to fill out and send the "Request for certificate of completion", "Completion report" and "Advisor performance evaluation" forms to the following e-mail address modalidaddegrado@uninavarra.edu.co. together with the valid supports of the project's products.

      Additionally, letters of approval of the project from all the institutions involved and other endorsements from entities that have been required for the development of the project must be attached.

      In a Favorable concept, CIINA may request the adjustment of the final report according to the evaluation, for which the student leader has a period of four (4) working days to send the suggested adjustments to the following e-mail address modalidaddegrado@uninavarra.edu.co.

      Once the documents have been received, the date of presentation of the final report to the Ethics/Bioethics and Scientific Research Committee is scheduled.

      If Unfavorablethe student will have to adjust, complement and significantly improve the final report of the the final report of his or her degree project and submit it again on the dates the dates established by CIINA.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

    1. The forms for the presentation and completion of degree projects must be duly completed and signed by the members, including advisors, professors, program directors, among others, as indicated in the form.
