Quality Concept

The Navarra University Foundation - UNINAVARRA aware of the conceptual update given by the national regulatory framework of the National Quality Assurance System and the National Accreditation System on the concept of "quality" and the importance of consolidating an Internal Quality Assurance System, which responds integrally to both models along with the processes of qualified registration and accreditation in high quality, adopts the concepts defined by Decree 1330 of 2019 and CESU Agreement 02 of 2020 as follows:

Quality

A set of articulated, interdependent, dynamic attributes, built by the academic community as references and that respond to social, cultural and environmental demands. These attributes allow internal and external assessments to be made to the institutions, in order to promote their transformation and the permanent development of their training, academic, teaching, scientific, cultural and extension work (Decree 1330 of 2019).

High Quality

Characteristics that allow recognizing an academic program or institution and making a judgment within the framework of continuous improvement and its diversity, on its capacity for transformation, given by the proximity between the optimum corresponding to the character of the academic program or to the legal nature, identity, mission and typology of the institution, and the way in which it provides the public service of education, the achievements attained and the impacts generated (CESU Agreement 02 of 2020).
