The general objective of the University Orientation and Permanence Program of the Navarra University Foundation is to provide the conditions for the management and support from the Welfare Office to contribute to the permanence, increase of academic performance and graduation in the estimated time of the academic programs.
Create appropriate and timely environments for students in order to guide and support them in the academic process they have started, identifying problems and difficulties that arise in their academic, psychosocial and emotional life. Recognize the conditions or factors that may be affecting them. It is also intended to promote and strengthen the sense of belonging and cohesion of the student community in order to increase the welfare and comfort in the institution.
This strategy links teachers and administrative staff (Collaborators) articulating the different actions for the benefit of the students, guaranteeing them that they will have the permanent support of the Fundación Universitaria Navarra.
To this end, they define the following stages, which establish the course of action to carry out the respective activities.
