In response to the Institutional Development Plan 2021-2025 "Smart Univesity 4.0 with Educational Innovation for High Quality and Sustainability" of the NAVARRA UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION - UNINAVARRA - ratifies its commitment to quality, understood, according to Decree 1330 and the Ministry of National Education, as the "set of articulated, interdependent, dynamic attributes, built by the NAVARRA academic community as references and that respond to social, cultural and environmental demands, allowing continuous improvement in pedagogical, educational and academic processes, which will be reflected in the development of competencies and the fulfillment of the training objectives of all students, regardless of their diversity, contributing to the improvement of Neivana society, Huila, Colombia and the world, and adding value in their services, respecting the environment, complying with laws, regulations and thanks to its relevant services, transforming life projects".

Based on the above, the Agreement 006 of 2020 adopts the inclusion policy "TODOS A ESTUDIAR" (ALL TO STUDY), which accounts for the quality of the training process that takes place in the NAVARRA UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION - UNINAVARRA-, promoting access, retention and timely graduation, ensuring the welfare of the student population. These guidelines will serve as a guide to support the management of the areas of Institutional Welfare in its process of accompanying students, teachers and collaborators and become a relevant and permanent work tool, for the proper provision of educational services in each of the units, ensuring inclusion with various approaches within which is the rights and differential approach.

UNINAVARRA IN has been founded on the basis of respect, dignity and the rights of others, a procedural space and as a proposal for the construction of a diverse and inclusive culture. Likewise, it intends to continue promoting values and principles that transform in an integral way and facilitate the fulfillment of the learning outcomes plans, the competencies of the students and the human team of the institution with the new requirements of the Ministry of National Education.

Generate and promote conditions that favor access to quality, inclusive, comprehensive and pertinent higher education; likewise, guarantee the permanence and timely graduation of students in training.

* Articulate the management of UNINAVARRA with the National Policy of Inclusion established by the Ministry of National Education, promoting basic areas of its actions, through action-research-intervention.
* To implement institutional strategies that favor access to quality higher education, overcoming academic, economic, cultural, family and social obstacles.
* To offer quality and pertinent undergraduate and graduate programs in the southern region of Colombia and the country.
* To offer pertinent and quality continuing education events.
* To implement actions that contribute to the permanence of students in their training process, overcoming academic, economic, cultural, family and social obstacles.

For access to Higher Education:

Implement, through the Social Projection, Extension and University Welfare Process, strategies to intervene and overcome the problems that hinder access to higher education, in accordance with the diagnosis previously made.

Make strategic alliances with the external sector, with the objective of promoting the total or partial financing of the expenses inherent to the educational process of the students enrolled in the academic programs offered at UNINAVARRA.

Grant scholarships or financial incentives within the framework of inter-institutional cooperation alliances, in favor of new and former students.

Establish strategic alliances with financial institutions to facilitate access to educational loans at an affordable interest rate for students of the Fundación Universitaria Navarra.
For permanence in higher education:

Implement permanent and integral accompaniment programs for students (undergraduate and graduate) and teachers that promote student retention, prioritizing the intervention of social, family, cultural, economic and emotional problems.

Identification and intervention of early warnings or risk factors that hinder or hinder the permanence and promotion of students.

Contribute to the strengthening of the students' life project, based on an integral accompaniment from the University Welfare and Alumni Unit.

Identify academic and psychosocial weaknesses of the student, and implement strategies to overcome them from the University Welfare and Alumni Unit.

Implement psychological counseling and academic support programs for UNINAVARRA students.
For Quality in education

Identify, plan and evaluate academic and administrative activities that respond to criteria of inclusion, diversity, equality and respect.

Strengthen research processes focused on the solution of existing problems in access to inclusive higher education.

To consolidate the knowledge and skills of the faculty and administrative collaborators that contribute to guarantee the provision of an inclusive higher education.

Qualify teaching personnel in teaching competencies, especially in University Teaching and other topics of interest for the academy and teaching practice.
