Methodology
The methodological approach of the diploma course, aligned with the institutional pedagogical model, is based on pedagogical constructivism and more specifically on project-based learning and collaborative learning, methodologies that allow assuming the teaching role in a contextualized and real way, and addressing the problems, difficulties, situations and characteristics of the educational process as a purely pedagogical act. The development of this diploma course is in blended learning mode, which implies a time of face-to-face work with the direct accompaniment of the teacher, complemented with independent work activities in which the participating teachers, in full use of their self-learning and self-regulation methodology skills, study some multimedia resources and texts offered and develop some activities in the virtual classroom of the course. At the end, in groups, the participants present a didactic intervention proposal involving what they have learned.
