State contracting in Colombia is one of the main tools through which the administration, through its agents, acts and allocates State resources for the fulfillment of projects and programs in favor of its associates; this is how the Colombian legal system imposes the obligation to design development plans that incorporate in detail the activities to be developed.

Target
To update knowledge on contracting matters to all those who participate in these processes from different roles, whether as public servants, private bidders, contractors, interveners or supervisors and those who exercise social control over the execution of public spending.

Methodology
Applying the Assisted Modality, by the tools provided by the Information and Communication Technologies ICT, through the MEET platform, the teaching-learning process is framed in the methodological proposal of training - action, so that the participant becomes, from the first moment, an active part of the training process making the study, analysis and discussion of the contents and its concepts (training). In a second moment, the participant will carry out the application of exercises and practical cases that will allow him/her to put into practice and land to the real context what has been learned (action), during the development of the demonstrations, workshops, follow-up of cases and simulations, feedback and critiques will be made for the development of skills. In this second moment the Oral Room will be used for the development of a hypothetical or real case involving an administrative sanctioning process. Independent work is the responsibility of each participant in terms of reading texts and preparation of knowledge required in each module.
