Environmental message in e-mails
The text set in the email signatures will serve to prevent emails from being printed unnecessarily. On the other hand, it contributes to better sustainable practices.
"Before you print this email, think carefully about whether it is necessary to do so: The environment is everyone's business. If you need to print, recycle paper. It is a resource, renewable. The sustainability of the planet does not depend on not using its natural resources, but on doing so in a conscious and totally respectful way."
Transition from physical to digital documents
The institution currently has 706 documents (forms, procedures, programs, guides, instructions, etc.). It is planned to transition the documents to digital media and leave in physical only what is strictly necessary to keep in physical form due to legal issues.
Therefore, this need is constantly evaluated and the transition to digital media is carried out. To date, we have 405 documents in digital media.
Commemoration of National Tree Day
In commemoration of National Tree Day, we raised awareness by e-mail about the importance of reducing paper consumption. Remembering that paper comes from trees and by using this resource in excess we indirectly impact ecosystems. Therefore, reducing paper consumption indirectly reduces our environmental impact.
