Likewise, the applicant must present a certification evidencing the presentation and approval of a Spanish language proficiency exam.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Admission Process:<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Once the documents have been received and the scores are known, the positions will be awarded in descending order to those who have obtained the highest scores, until the quota assigned to each program is reached.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If several applicants have the same score and there are still vacancies to be filled, a lot shall be drawn by lot among them. If an admitted applicant does not present himself\/herself for registration, or does not fulfill the requirements for registration, the vacant position will be awarded to those who have obtained the highest scores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Academic Council will regulate and implement admission tests, general or specific for each program.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Once the admission tests, determined by the Academic Council, have been completed, the Admissions and Academic Records Office will make the final adjudication and proceed to publish the list of admitted students.<\/p>\n<div id=\"matricula\"><\/div>\n<h2>Enrollment Process:<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In order to enroll, the applicant must present the following documents to the Admissions and Registration Office:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"icon\">\n<li>Registration order issued by the Admissions and Registration Section.<\/li>\n<li>Receipt evidencing payment of tuition fees.<\/li>\n<li>Identity card.<\/li>\n<li>High school diploma or high school transcript.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Those presented during the enrollment process. APPLY for children, stepchildren, or spouse or permanent partner of SENA public servants, since their beneficiary status is validated and reported directly by SENA to the Admissions and Registration
