wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>Manage information and create knowledge, through observation and analysis, about the Orange Economy of the department of Huila and southern Colombia, in the lines of Arts and Heritage, Cultural Industries and Functional Creations, New Media and Content Software, using the academic and administrative structure of UNINAVARRA in order to contribute projects that serve as a reference in public or private decision making, aimed at boosting the economy, promoting sustainable economic growth, improving the dynamics of employment, employability and entrepreneurship in the Department of Huila, Tolima, Caquet\u00e1 and Putumayo.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center\" class=\"vc_custom_heading vc_do_custom_heading\" >SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES<\/h2><div class=\"vc_empty_space\"   style=\"height: 32px\"><span class=\"vc_empty_space_inner\"><\/span><\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<ol>\n<li>Analyze the Orange Economy of Huila and southern Colombia, in relation to culture, art, creative industries and functional creations, new media and content software.<\/li>\n<li>Build and implement a system of indicators to monitor the evolution of the department of Huila and Southern Colombia, in relation to the lines of Arts and Heritage, Cultural Industries and Functional Creations, New Media and Content Software.<\/li>\n<li>Promote the development of research projects by the research groups recognized by the institution and the research groups attached to the programs, whose core problems correspond to entrepreneurship, innovation, artistic and cultural creation and the Orange Economy, facilitating the observatory, the management of the knowledge generated, in order to achieve the referencing and impact on decision-making in the public and private sector in the department of Huila and southern Colombia.<\/li>\n<li>To manage the existing knowledge related to the Orange Economy, in the areas of Arts and Heritage, Cultural Industries and Functional Creations, New Media and Content Software, through a system of indicators, newsletters, scientific events, publications, continuing education services, projects, consultancies and advisory services.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate, propose proposals and support the Senior Management in the fulfillment of the goals established in the Quality Management Systems, Internal Quality Assurance System, the Management and Planning System of UNINAVARRA, within the framework of the purposes related to Entrepreneurship, innovation, artistic and cultural creation.<\/li>\n<li>Support the management of the department of Huila and southern Colombia to capitalize on the potential of the Orange Economy through the development of a strategy focused on the directives of the Orange Law (the 7i).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div>
