FUNCTIONS
The Planning and Institutional Development Office is the process whose central functions are to lead the construction, execution and follow-up of the Foundation's Institutional Development Plan; establish the reference elements for the formulation, adoption, dissemination, execution, follow-up, control and evaluation of the annual action plans presented by each process, control the budgetary execution of income, expenses and investments made by the institution in the development of its objectives and goals, establish plans and programs in relation to physical planning, guaranteeing adequate spaces for the normal development of the academy; establish the institutional schedule of activities according to the activities projected by each process in their action plans, guarantee the sending of reports to the different governmental entities and produce and disseminate statistical information for the analysis of different situations of the foundation and to contribute in the decision making of the institutional management.
