This area focuses through counseling and psychological orientation to treat factors that imply conditions that are not suitable for the firm development of the student's personality in their environment, which may be impairing their academic performance, from there a possible psychological and therapeutic intervention at the individual level, which in certain cases may be group or even family. The Area is also provided with psychological evaluation tools such as intelligence, personality, differential knowledge and vocational aptitudes psychometries.
It is a fundamental axis in the induction process of the student to university life, it advances group interventions in the management of particular topics according to the request of the Program Direction and if necessary, it supports the induction of parents.
